All are welcome to become a WRCA member, it is not necessary to have a horse and carriage to join. If you enjoy carriage driving and would like to belong to an association of others who do too, WRCA is for you! Our members range from those who compete, drive for pleasure or just like carriage driving. WRCA hosts organized drives and learning opportunities throughout the year for members.
