Directions: Take 271 north from 71/77 to Rt 422 toward Warren for 9.9 miles. Exit at OH Rt 306 and go north 0.1 miles
to Bainbridge Rd. Turn right and go 1.6 miles to Snyder Rd. Turn left and drive 2.2 miles to Fieldstone Farm.

A dressy pleasure drive through the picturesque village of Zoar. This drive is not for green horses. Paved roads with
some traffic, hills; police to help at crossings. SMV (Slow Moving Vehicle) sign REQUIRED.
Directions: Take I-77 to exit 93, go east on SR 212. As you enter the old part of town, you will see a fire station and a
large parking area on the left. Pull in and park there. Behind the fire station is the Old School House where we eat.
|July 2, 2018 Howe Meadow / Indigo Lake Pleasure Drive
Meet @ 11:30AM at Howe Meadow. Potluck @ noon. Hitch & drive after the potluck dinner.

Howe Meadow is located in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park at 4140 Riverview Rd , Peninsula , OH . DO NOT USE
THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO HOWE MEADOW IF YOU HAVE A LONG TRAILER BECAUSE YOU WILL BOTTOM OUT ON
THE RAILROAD TRACKS. PROCEED NORTH TO THE NEXT ENTRANCE, MARKED WITH WRCA SIGNS.
There will be a marked course around the meadow. And a marked trail to Indigo Lake through the woods. Or just drive
at will around the meadow! No road driving.

Driving is on public roads so a SMV (Slow Moving Vehicle) sign on the carriage/cart is required. Plenty of parking,
restrooms etc. Drinks will be provided. The drive will be between 4.5 and 6.5 miles (your choice or routes) along the
Sandusky river on country roads.
Directions: From east or west, take US 224 to SR 53 just South of Tiffin. If coming from the North, take turnpike or US 20
to Fremont interchange, which is SR 53 and follow that until you have gone through Tiffin and come to US 224. Go south
on SR 53 for 5.0 miles to CR 6 and go .8 miles to TR 131. This will be the second right. You will see Camp Glen signs,
plus a Walnut Grove Campground sign. Travel on TR 131 for 1.5 miles. Sandusky River Coon Hunters Lodge (7575 TR
131) is the big barn on the left.

This drive is a member favorite! Driving trails on hilly terrain. Spectacular views, especially if fall foliage is peaking.
Directions: From I-77, take the OH-212 Zoar/Bolivar exit (Exit 93). Turn EAST on OH-212 for 5.8 miles to SR-800. Turn
RIGHT. Drive 4.1 miles to SR-416. Turn LEFT. Cross the creek and turn an immediate LEFT on the White Bridge Road.
We will be parking in the hay field on the right, across from the river – NOT at Roemer’s main house. Watch for WRCA
|July 22, 2017 Byers Woods Drive with BSDC

Excellent drive for horses at all levels! Drive the Byers Woods trails that range from small loops of 1.5 miles to
combinations of over 6 miles. Trail surface is a combination of gravel roads and open fields that wind through wooded
areas and around ponds. There are a few bridges to cross on the long route but none on the short route.
Directions: From I-71, take the US 250 exit (exit 186) toward Wooster/Ashland. Turn Left onto US 250, Gi 1.5 miles,
under the bridge. Turn Left to take the US-42 ramp. Tuern Right onto US-42. Go 1.3 miles. Turn Left onto OH-511.
Turn Left to stay on OH-511. Turn Right onto OH-60 for about 3.4 miles. The Career Center will be on the left.

Meet at 11:30AM at Shelter # 5 in the horesman's day area. Potluck at Noon, Followed by driving around the park on
marked trails only. . Electric and water are available at the shelter and primative privies are near by. Lots of parking.
NOTE- CHECK TRAIL CONDITIONS THE MORNING OF THE DRIVE BEFORE LEAVING HOME. IF THE
TRAILS ARE CLOSED THE DRIVE WILL BE CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED FOR ANOTHER DATE
